Our people make Apolitical
We bring different experiences, perspectives and skills to our work. What connects us is how much we care about what we’re building — and how we work together to build it.
Our leadership principles
-
Builder Energy
You generate momentum through action. When the path is unclear, you step in and get things moving.
-
Force Multiplier
You make the people around you better. In any group, you raise the bar and bring others with you.
-
Weatherproof
You stay steady in changing conditions. When priorities shift, you turn challenge into opportunity.
-
Sharp Thinker
You create clarity in complexity. You set the standard for rigour by breaking problems down, questioning assumptions, and driving evidence-based solutions.
-
Give a Damn
You hold yourself to impactful outcomes. Even without direction or oversight, you take full ownership and deliver outcomes that move the mission forward.
Come here to build
You’ll have the autonomy to use your judgement, take ownership and shape what comes next.
We don’t always have every answer. Priorities change, we learn as we go and sometimes we move quickly. If that excites you, you’ll probably enjoy working here.
